What is a Chiropractor?
Chiropractic is a primary health-care profession that specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and overall management of conditions that are due to problems with the joints, ligaments, tendons and nerves of the body, particularly those of the spine.
Treatment consists of a wide range of manipulative techniques designed to improve the function of the joints, relieving pain and muscle spasm.
At the Swindon Chiropractic Clinic the majority of our patients refer themselves, although we also have many referrals from GPs and other specialists. We have a digital x-ray suite on site and are able to refer directly for MRI scans where appropriate.
